Thiss company gaive me the work to fill 401 forms and said I have to fill it with 90 accuracy. I completed the work on time and submitted. Whenever I called the customer care they talked rudely.
Today when I called them asking for my QC report and also informed that it shows all my forms are filled wrong, they said not to worry it’s not what we see.
Company checks forms three times. And again the way he talked was not the really good.
Again I got a call from the legal department of the company stating that my 80% of the forms filled is correct and I could not complete 90 % accuracy condition so my salary is on hold.
If I need my salary I have to refill those 20% of forms on onr day and pay around 16500 rupees for continuation of my job and if I cancel my registration I will have to pay 7800.I said I was not informed abt this, he said read legal documents.
I told them they said it’s 4500 then he rectified himself and said ok ok it’s 4500.
I said I was said I don’t have to pay any registration amount when I started, so he said that legal paper will be send to me from court if I don’t pay the amount.
With in 5 mins a message was send to my number on wats app.
