This is notice under Clause 17.1 of the General Conditions of Contract that your company, as Contractor
under the above Contract, has committed a substantial breach of the Contract by:-
Under instruction and on behalf of our client BEYOND DATA CENTER 19TH FLOOR, Eros
corporate Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110019. I do hereby serve upon you
with the following notice under section17.1&17.2of the Contract Act.
2- That My Client Filed A Demand Notice Against Antony Francis
I therefore through this Notice call upon you to the DELHI District Court.
Please provide satisfactory reasons why the Principal should not take further action in response
to this substantial breach. The reasons are to include proposals to remedy the breach, in
accordance with Clause 17.1
