I have applied for a job opportunity in Abroad location, regarding this I received a call from JVS Immigration company who are providing the jobs in Canada and other countries as well , I agreed for Canada location and for starting up the procedure they asked for registration amount i.e Rs. 3,500 i paid them. After completing all the procedure they told me that I am eligible for 90% sponsorship and I have to pay rest 10% amount i.e Rs. 47,200 but i don’t know in what basis they told me this amount. I asked them that on what basis you are telling me the amount but they told that they can’t share this details with me. Now they started scheduling the interviews, interview completed but I always waited for the feedback. I have to ask them for the feedback and all the time I am getting the same feedback by mail. I have giving 10-12 interviews in this 10 months but every interviews feedback is same if you can see the feedbacks it’s look like they did copy paste of the mail.
This process has been started from October 2020 and now it’s August 2021. Now they did highly unethical thing they didn’t share me my last interview feedback which was held on 23rd July 2021 I asked them so many times for the feedback they mailed me on Thursday 29th july 2021 that they provide me the feedback by 5:00pm but I didn’t receive the feedback till date but I received a mail from them on 3rd August 2021 that they can do adjustment by refunding Rs. 8000 to me . Means they take Rs. 38,900 from me and didn’t provide any services to me and they are going to refund me 8,000 is it genuine. I have lost everything my time, my money and my hopes. I request you kindly do the needful and help me out to get my money back i.e Rs. 38,900 from JVS immigration.

As of now i am withdrawing my complaint against JVS Immigration as they confirmed me that they are going to provide me a job in Canada. So in trust them for now and I request you to kindly close my complaint against JVS Immigration. It has be dissolve for now.

I am going through the same situation and paid 75K in total , when asked for refund , they are ready for only 5K . Will it be appropriate if we can get in touch ? Also would like to know if they were actually able to get you a Job in Canada .
Are you really withdrawing or some frauds from jvs posted this? My recent interaction with them looks like they are frauds only

We as JVS immigration has already resolved the case of Pallavi Das and if we would have be fraud then client would have not replied as resolved and also I request Mr. Cheater Customer to not reply till the time nothing is done to you and you better speak to the JVS team instead of spreading rumor.

In my first Interaction with JVS regarding a work permit in CANADA. I am a little surprised bcz for CANADA there is a process like express entry, PNP etc .. JVS Please give some clarity I am confused with the negative comments on you over the Internet.
