Dear Sir I have added Rs 74999 to my talk charge wallet on 28.01.24 with a promise to get cashback on a monthly basis for 90 months as per detail attached which can be used on recharge,bill payments and purchase of gift card. I have received cashback after my first month but unable to use my cashback and my added balance from last more than 1 month. Please help me to get a refund of Rs 74,999/- which I added to talk charge account.
