i have purchased dji mavic air 2 fly more combo drone on flipkart through online payment by credit card on 19/03/2023. it will recived on 23/03/2023 but product is different it is not same as discription and not same as photos. so i want to return this product and refund my money but they will not give any speciffic response. i gave return request on 23/03/2023 but still they reject our refund and return request on 30/03/2023. and they say they are not sattisfiy from our side. and this product is like toy and i ordered proffesional drone and also bill will not attached with product . flipkart not give response please help us. And also after that again j gave return request they approved it on 30/3/2023 after that the next day they cancel our return and refund request b’coz pickup boy didn’t take product reason is he said product is not same with picture and our concern is also that the product is not same as we order that’s why we return the product plz help us costomer care only gave time after 24 and 48 hours it’s about at least 15 to 17 days how long should I wait?? Pls give date of our refund it’s about 69999.00 I concern about money…. Pls give response..
