I was booked a flight ticket from https://www.travolook.in/ which displayed by google advertisement and made the payment. After that i received a mail saying that your ticket has been booked and its in progress and after few minutes I received another mail saying due to technical reason your ticket has been cancelled. Booking reference no. was “REF625775766”. I tried calling their customer support number 0124-643-4800 and they says every time you should wait 7 to 10 days for that. But till now I still haven’t got a refund yet. Please help me.
