Text of Complaint by Chinmoy Laik:

Respected Sir / Madam
I am receiving messages through shine.com that my CV has been selected for jobs and asked me to contact in the given phone number for further process.
In the recent past I contacted two such given numbers. After preliminary talk they asked some amount for arranging an interview. I paid the money to two of the recruiters. One of them arranged an interview and said that it is for the job in Medlife. I received an offer letter also. After that they once again demanded some more amount for confirmation and for the instruments to be allotted by Medlife to me. I sent the offer letter copy to the Head Office of Medlife. Their MD confirmed that this is totally a fraud. In the other case it was paid for the job of my daughter in Bandhan Bank. This time the agency is asking for more money for sending the Appointment letter to my daughter.
Copies of all related documents, messages, phone numbers, screenshots etc are attached herewith. Please see the details and kindly do the needful so that this cheating is stopped and who are doing such type of fraud is punished.
Thanks & Regards

Respected Sir / Madam
Yesterday I received an offer letter from Medlife copy of which is attached herewith.
1st I received a call from the No. 8017078981 who told me that my CV from Schine.com has been selected by your company and asked me to send Rs. 50/- as application charges and provide a bank account no. for the same. After depositing the amount a blank application form was sent to me from the mail ID infomedlifehr@gmail.com. I filled up the application form and sent the same to the above mail and I was told that within 72 hours I will receive a call from the HR for a formal interview.

I received a call from 9432930290 and the person told me that he is calling me from the HR department (name I can’t remember, from location Patna) of your organisation and we had a formal talk with him regarding the job and the pay scale. He told me that I have to deposit an amount of Rs. 3,250/- for the processing fees which is refundable at the time of joining. I again paid the amount and I have received an Offer Letter (copy of which is attached) soon after depositing the amount for acceptance. I accepted the Offer Letter.

Now from the same mail ID today I have received a message that again I have to deposit an amount of Rs. 10,600/- as security and insurance for the instruments like Laptop, portable WiFi etc which has been sent from your Head Office for me. I have neither received the instruments nor any official appointment letter till now.

In this connection I would like to request you to please confirm the genuineness of the Offer Letter from your. Copy of the mails received from the mail ID infomedlifehr@gmail.com can be sent to you if required for any queries.
