On 1st December 2021, I have booked a ticket from Blr to Agra from travolook.in ..My amount was deducted and got the booking confirmation, after some time I was informed through email due to fluctuations in airline fare my booking has been cancelled…then i spoken to Travolook customer support , They have assured me my money will be refunded within 5 working days. …Since then its been 9 months the money is still not refunded. I have sent more then 15 mails and 50 plus phone calls but still no satisfactory answer, Every time call center representatives shamelessly say that your money will come in 2 ..5 days ….I’m mentally harassed, its not about money but the fraud they are doing with thousand of people.….i am not able to find out who is the owner of company. Some one from the government should take action.
