Dear Meesho, Good Afternoon,
As reference of my Consumer Grievance no. 5284186,
I have ordered a Study Table from Meesho Shopping App on 13/12/2023 and paid the amount online through Google pay UPI. After that I receive an SMS from Meesho on 20/12/2023 at 8:37 PM that (Arriving Today: Hi Anjali, your Study TableBed with AWB: M00167105175 is out for delivery! Use Delivery Code 840542 to receive package. Share with agent ONLY when he is at your location. Call agent 8310703162. Track your order at https://bit.ly/track-libera using Tracking ID: M00167105175- Meesho) First of all No any Delivery Executive has call into My Registered/ Given mobile number at that day not any of Delivery Executive has came to my Address, Nor I have Shared the Code that I Received from The Company with any of Delivery Executive but The product is showing delivered into the App.I need help I have also uploaded the invoice of the product which is not Delivered to me Either my Family members nor to any Neighbour I had Confirmed.
And for your Information when I called into the Mobile Number of Delivery Executive that I Receive from Meesho at the time of Delivery no one is answering my call
