I have not applied for or given any consent for this Financial institution named in my CIBIL report as CHAIRIDSPL to conduct my CIBIL research report, I am seeing this institution taking loans without the user’s complaint and harassing to repay it, which I do not know whether its true or not, but if it is true, this company is fraudulent and I cannot pay any loans taken from them on behalf of my PAN.

I want the authorities to take necessary legal action and safeguard Indian citizens from this kind of financial fraud.

I did applied for personal loan from INDUSLND bank and gave all my documents to a guy name Ashok Kadam (9370582323) but now I doubt him if he misused my data. Please take necessary action asap.
