I have ordered an earpod my order no Is #1014 , rs 336.30 from online shopping site boat_fire.live and receive an email from boatnirvana_03@gmail.com, but I don’t have any contact no. and there will be too late to delivery now but my order is not arrived yet. site is https://boatfireco.live/

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
