I have applied for a loan on an app named Moneyview Fast loan.They asked for E-mandate.After the successfully submission of E-mandate,they rejected the loan so I did not received any payment from their side.
But they submit payment request in my bank on 16/08/22 and my account had been debited for rupees 570.Which was wrong.If the loan was rejected then how can they submit payment request and deduct amount from my account.
After that they did the same thing on 02/09/22 and account debited for rupees 570 again twice in a month.
I have mailed in State bank and the loan company moneyview fast loan(Magma soft)regarding this issue to cancel the E-mandate many times but did not received any support from their side.
These bounces are ruining my cibil score too.
Kindly do the needfull.
