I have placed an order for a mobile phone and paid the full amount. Tried contacting the customer care but the given phone number is disconnected and no response for the e-mails. Till date no communication from the seller and this company and this is very much fraud online e-commerce website (givashop.in) & responsible authorities take immediate action against them.
