Text of Complaint by Komal Yadav:

It went to a nearby airtel store to port my sim from VI to Airtel on 10-08-2021 and payed 399 for recharge on the new sim
My sim got activated on 14-08-2021 at 10:30 pm and what I found was that there is a balance of only 10₹ with a validity upto 15-08-2021.
What do I do now?
