I have placed an order with order number 405-3317070-0997953 which was delivered with wrong items. I raised request for return and refund. I returned the exact product in packaging to courier partner on 6-Aug-23. On 9-Aug-23, i have been informed that i returned am empty box. While AMAZON courier pick up partner ensure the conetnt of box then markes as picked up. Now Amazon account specialist is imposing FALSE allegation over me again and again and not refunding the amount. Custoer care is regretting to involve into this.
