Hi Sir/Madam,
Recently, I took home construction loan of 5 lac from SBFC Finance Private Limited, Indore. Initially they told that, interest rate will be 11%. And when now the loan is financed completely, the loan interest rate is 22%. Also the category of loan is not home construction, they are naming it as Micro loan. And now ,when I have requested for closure of my loan, they are asking 5% loan closing amount.
