Text of Complaint by Jitendra Kumar Singh:

On 09 Sep 2022 i decided to take personal loan the same i was confirmed by Zestmoney that the amount will be credited in three working days since the amount not credited i call customer care asking for delay they were keep on saying that it will be credited but i did not the purpose of the need of personal loan is over i ask them to cancel the loan but they assured me that it was long delay it will be cancelled but on 01 Oct 2022 they credited the amount but it was then i decided to close they charged me instead of 116000 they are charging me 123000 i still want to preclose customer care says you to pay this when i used to the amount exceeded my limit then i decided to pay in to slot i was charged 133000 for one day loan due to their policy for which policy they are talking i don’t know they are keep on saying that it will not refunded as per their policy they also blackmail to ruined my credit score if i stop paying my ongoing emis
