I had bought karma membership in July 2021 where I had clearly mentioned that I want to go to Maldives in December..due to this reason I had bought it’s membership… During my 1st booking they told me that you have domestic membership no international trip include in this…. There I lost my trust on Valorah…
Also they haven’t give me my location as well as my likely resorts they always gives c category resorts
Also they had cheated me in my complimentory nights & give me only 3 nights out off 6…
Also in July 2022, u all know that Udaypur is closed I had booked my e nights there in 1st week…i had told them to cancel but they refuse that we can’t do anything… They never believe in customers satishfaction
Also during my shimla visit they not pay Rs at resort so I have to wait for 3 hrs
Also Saturday & Sunday is close so during that we can’t contact any one
Due to this I want my money back
