On 30/10/2023 I ordered a pair of cargo pants of cost Rs 899/-online from trendhub.live and they got my order confirmed and showed that my order will be delivered by 02/11/2023. When I received that parcel the delivery boy asked me twice that from which site I’ve ordered the article and if there is any refund policy from that site. As per their website I told him yes, it is clearly written on that website. And when I opened that parcel a returned article of Tanvir Shaikh from Hyderabad was packed in another packet and when I opened that packet too there was a rejected, torn and very cheap pant was packed in it. Again when I visited the same site from where I’ve ordered the article there was no option for returning that article.
I want my money back from those people, who are making scam online by showing images of another article and delivering the rejected and returned articles of another persons.
