On 2nd September, I was called by one of the female employee of shine.com. she told me to join their recruitment program of 2949 amount named as “Application Highlighter – 6months” and after that I will be called by various companies for interview and will be placed in a good company. So believing her I paid the amount and after my registration process completed she told me that I will be assigned one recruitment officer who will be further helping me in recruitment process. After 1 or 2 hour, one guy with the name Abhishek who proclaim me as an employee of shine.com and told me that he is my recruitment person who will be helping me further. He later on call told me to join various services as listed below
Negotiation Skills – Certifications – Basic – 1year
Both were a course of amount Rs. 4673.00/-
Communication Skills at Work place – Online – Basic – 1year
Both courses of amount Rs. 7197.00/-
Each service listed above was a paid service I thought it might help me so I also subscribed for 2 of them and again he gave me a course billed 12000 now so I found that there is some fraud thing in it I told him I don’t want to do this transaction now and I want my refund, now and this guy told me that we cannot refund as per our policy we can only return money if we failed to provide you a good job. So now I am raising a complaint against this company shine.com. please have a look into this matter and help me in getting my refund money of 15k .
