I ordered a Lenovo laptop from Flipkart.com with order ID OD225411117628603000. It had a option for installation and demo and I opted for that. But when the product arrived I did it for myself and wanted to cancel it. When I got the call from the technician I asked him to cancel but he said that he would be needing serial number of laptop.
I gave it to him and he updated that he has came and done the installation but in reality he didn’t even stepped a foot on my doorstep. I paid rupees 749 for the service and I didn’t received it at all and I want my money back and to action be taken against the technician.
