Ordered a cycle on olx of rs. 3500. The dealer did not discuss any part payments. Told to pay 500 and rest on receiving the cycle.
Told to makes payments in the name of gst charges and security charges. Half of the payment taken still not promising to deliver. Calls on whatsapp only . Sharing excuses to not share live location. Not returning money and asking for complete money and then refund.
