Sir in the name of Aditya birla finance I received a loan proposal after submitting my document they send me a loan approval letter and given me the maturity of loan amount date on 30july 2020′ but they given any loan after that they sended me a DD copy of IDBI bank of loan amount and my name printed on that against the loan they had taken a huge amount in the name of processing charge and a security money against the loan and subsidy but till 5 July I never received any amount in my account so kindly log a fraud case and kindly suggest me that how can I get refund of my money
