I have running loan with zest money, and the loan is zero cost emi, in which company charges interest at the EMI Payment but reverse it after some days but in my case from last six months company not reversing the interest paid after complaints they told me my bank IFSC code is wrong so i raised request for change but they don’t doing the same and just because of this they don’t credited back the interest from last six months, i think they doing this deliberately. Its total case of fraud.
Please take action on this.
