- I have booked a new Videocon d2h connection from the official website of videocon on 9 th of july,2020.I paid 1599/- for hd septop box and odu unit..It wad mentioned there that the installation is done within 48 hours.Today its 16 th of july and the installation is still now done.They did not send their engineer.When I called the customer care they are saying that no booking was done by me.I called their customer service more than 15 times and nobody is helping me.Nobody is ready to hear my problem.They are telling to send an email to videocon d2h customer care.I send more than 6-7 mails now but still I didn’t get any reply.

Hi, i am facing exactly the same problem. i have paid online 1799/- and now no response at all. i contacted customer support, they asked me to wait for 24 hours but now after passing the time, as mentioned, no response at all. and no proper channel to talk or any mail responses. My Reference no. is #27947 and Installation request no. 1000692316. If anything can be done in this regard, plz do, i am really feeling like why i used to choose videocon, horrible experience.
