This is in reference to the Vi no – 9811885570 . There was credit of Rs 50,376.67/- on the number.                              Registered Name – Dr Sohan Singh Saini (my father)

I visited the Vi store in MARCH 2021 on MG ROAD, Gurgaon-122001 and I was told to get in touch with the appellate and they would process the refund.

I wrote to the appellate regarding the refund and they said that they can only refund the money if the number is added in a family account, so as per their advise I added the number(9811885570) with my other no’s (9999903131 and 9355353531) . Then they told me that the refund can’t be done because its not a corporate a/c…

Post which they asked me the bank a/c details and id proof for the refund to be processed. I sent the copy of the cancelled cheque and the copy of the aadhar card and still the refund was not processed.

Then I get a call from Sohail saying that they need the receipts for the payments made on the Vi no – 9811885570 . I told him that neither me or my father would not have 6-8 months old receipts as the payments were made in cash at the Vi store on MG road. I was informed by Sohail that I can obtain the receipts from the store .   When I visited the store I was informed by Anil at the store that he can’t access the receipts because of their system issue.  After a few days he told me that he can only access last 3 months payments only!!!!

When I went to the store he told me that the amount of Rs 50,000/- ( in 8 transactions) has been taken out from the Vi no 9811885570 and transferred in Vi’s bank a/c in the month of MAY 2021 and have issued a refund of Rs 376.67/- via cheque .

The withdrawl of the Rs 50,000/- is a FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION DONE BY Vi !!!!!!

Which till date I have not received the cheque also!!!!

Now I have been chasing the appellate and Sohail and Shobhit (from appellate) to process the refund since its been 4 months now but to no avail!!!!! On 18th June I get a call from Shobhit and I asked him to make me speak with the Manager and he promised that he would make sure that I get a call on the 19th June 2021 in the morning and yet again NO CALL!!!!

I have been totally fed up and mentally harassed by the staff of Vi and the appellate authority!!!!!

I would request you to look into the same at the earliest and process the request.
