I have flight tickets it showed me for process it will take 30 minutes and I received a call they said the booking is cancelled they will refund the amount but they didn’t. This had happened to me, not once not twice but three times.

Have spoken to their customer care executives multiple times (Urmi, Vijay Arora etc.) and most of the time they responded saying it will be refunded in 7 days. One of the customer care executive had the courage to disconnect the call. How unfair? These guys are fraud. My refund is awaited since November 2021. Can you imagine?
