Hello , my name is Habib shaikh. My setup box id is :- 1054571359. As i have given a complaint on 15/12/2019. And the technician come on 16/12/2019. When he came the problem showing NOT PROGRAMING . He check with remote and after that he remove DG card and he put some chemical when he put chemical and rub the card the chip which is on the card is broken and he used screw driver . I told here also that don’t us screw driver otherwise it will break. But he told me that u will teach me how to work. And the chip is broken and he told me to bring fewstick and he put fewstick on the chip and put card inside the Setup box but problem has not resolved. Then he tell me that we will change setup box so you no need to pay any charges otherwise you have to Rs:- 300/- for the card. I will arrange the new setup box for u. Just give me a call on 17/12/2019. That is today. In morning i give him a call regarding that. But he say me their is no new setup box. Available and u have to pay the card charges. But i told here that why i should pay the charges u had broken the chip it’s your fault. He saying that wait i will connect the call to my senior and the send told me please send the card photo on my whatsapp i will see if it is broken the technician will pay the amount you no need to pay i send her the card photo but after that what they discuss their disagree with their statements and he is saying that if u want to start your TV u have to pay otherwise go any where u want to go. And all this i have recorded. Please take a Strick action on this issue. This kind of service given by Tata Sky. And the agency name is L K TELECOM . which work has been assign by Tata sky.
