Hello Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Simplilearn since I firmly believe they are performing fraud by just pulling people to enroll for training programs by showing lower amount initially. I recently completed a training program with Simplilearn and was assured that I would be able to enroll for the relevant exam upon completion of the program. However, I have been unable to enroll for the exam despite numerous attempts and follow-ups with your team. This is not only a breach of your company’s promise but also a waste of my time and money. I trusted Simplilearn to provide me with the necessary resources and support to achieve my professional goals, but instead, I have been left frustrated and disillusioned. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue and a refund of my training fees. Additionally, I expect an explanation for the delay and the lack of support provided by your team. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities and take legal action against Simplilearn for fraudulent activity. I hope that we can resolve this issue amicably and avoid any further inconvenience or damage to my professional and personal life. I have all the evidences which provides the bifurcation of the amount which states both training and exam cost separately can attach everything if need be.
