I ordered a Smart Watch from VELIESTA few days back and i got confirmation regarding order placed and there is no any product tracking system to track the product, so i google customer care number from online from VELIESTA site i got 2 numbers i.e 7978618974 and 9341735165 when i called on both number for asking my order so directly they told me that your order is cancelled because of network issue without taking order id number so i ask when my amount will be refund so they told me to download some app from my play store so i told no i will not do that so they started abusing me.
Please take legal action against this fraudulent to stop this type of online fraud.
