For a loan of 15k 34k amount has been deducted from my account on the name of delayed charges. I took loan of 15k and I informed the company I want to make the settlement and the employee agreed and asked me to pay in two installments and after that he will provide me NOC. I paid 10 and then other 10k in two installments and closed the loan from my side. After that I requested for an NOC and they blocked my number and stop communication with me. I tried to call their support services but to my surprise they deducted more 14k from my account. And not even this only they are still trying to trigger my bank accounts through enaach. They are not stopping. Please help
