Text of Complaint by Jasman:

I have added money from credit card to mobikwik wallet and transferred from mobikwik wallet to fastag account and money debited from mobikwik account but not credited to fastag account. But unable to see in transaction history also and when I am contacting mobikwik customer care they said failed by us only.
