I have order about eight pairs of shirt & pants combo for which I have paid an amount of Rs. 2,199/- including additional charges but till now I have not received any order shipping details but only received an sms stating that your order was confirmed we will text you when your order is ready for shipment but not received any confirmation and the said amount was paid to Megaplexmart which UPI I’d is: paytm-69716718@paytm. Therefore I am hereby request your authority to take necessary action against Mensweard1 and Megaplexmart and my money may be refunded back to me and the websites may be permanently closed for further public awareness.
