12:00 PM Received call from some anonymous number with information that I have been invited for a party at Hotel Marriot, Surat as I have purchased a baleno car and this party is complementary, So I have thought and decided to attend this party.
06:30 PM I reached at hotel Marriot and found that this Party has been organised by the Karma Resorts and Hospitality. Then after Mrs Nidhi (Sales Officer) sit in front of us and giving some description about her company and told us you have to give your decision before left this place in yes or no, I have denied to take the membership and told them I have some financial issues, So I can not take this membership but they are trying and trying but I denied, At last Mr. Aakash Singh (Sr. Manager-Sales) has told us you can take this membership with No cost EMI and you can cancel this any time before 45 days from purchase, After this confirmation I had purchased membership in amount of Rs. 72000 with two credit cards (ICICI-Rs. 60000 and Flipkart Axis-Rs.12000) they also told me this amount cut in emi of Rs 3500 from your account.

On 10th I had sent a message to Mrs Nidhi to cancel this membership then she told me you have received a call from head office after verification of that call She will process membership cancellation. Then I continued to follow up with her regarding this till 29th Nov, and she tried to make things round and round.

I have sent a mail to their customer care email id and they sent me mail back saying they will not going to do any cancellation or EMI conversion (mail copy attached). Then I called Mr. Aakash Singh (Sr. Manager-Sales) then he also denied his saying at the time of purchase, He told me refund will not be processed without any justified reason. Also when I told him I will do a legal complaint in the consumer forum then he told me “Jaiye Kar dijiye complaint” and showed a rude attitude towards me.
I have done legal complaints against them, now they are threatening me to take back the legal notice

On 03/09/2021 at Turyaa hotel Taramani Chennai,KARMA HOLIDAYS AND RESORTS LLP organised event for membership.They told everything is free if you opt 5 years membership,and I paid 74k as they urged me to pay because this offer will end today.After that a confirmation call from Ahmedabad clearly indicates that what they told by sales people are lie and false promises.,then I opt for refund but still the process is pending.No one is responding clearly.But I keep on updating through mail..In this regard I just want to share is I have to get my hard earned money from these fraudulent people as they are holding my 74k without giving any service.
I have also bad experience with karma resort & hospitality after membership. They could not provide booking even applied in well advance three times.

I’ve recently taken a 3 year domestic package with them after attending a sales pitch dinner which they hosted in Radisson Blu hotel Chennai. Despite myself telling I can get better deals than what they were offering they finally gave me a 3 year domestic package with 18 nights plus 4 complimentary nights and showed many 3 star and 4 star properties. I had clearly told them I will use their service for our special days like anniversary and birthdays and Valentines Day but when it came time to book my stays it was a tedious effort. I would have submitted my booking request by Aug 29th but got my booking voucher only by Oct 13th for a stay on Oct 18th. We were given a very mediocre hotel which was more of a homestay as opposed to a resort. They apologized and said they will correct the service moving forward. After that I had clearly requested a hotel for Dec 24th and 25th by Oct 15th and til today there has been no confirmation from their end. Only lame excuses given til today by the same sales team blaming technical error among other bogus reasons. Despite me being a well known media person in the Tamil film industry these guys are boldly cheating, so I can’t imagine the plight of regular families

I took the membership for 3 yes on 6 th aug 2021 @ chennai & they had promised free promotional tour stay at any resort in India & also full waiver of maintenance fee. Now when I want to go on a tour, there is no response from them. Very poor service & fraud company. I also took memberships for 3 years, on time of sign contract Mr Afroj committed me to waive annual maintenance charge and provide 8.5k food voucher. But now he didn’t receive my call and didn’t reply.

please do not take membership, we got into this trap by paying rs 65000 . they said all five stars hotels, they have contact and bookings can be done . none has been done . we lost the money.
Total fraud, dont pay your hard earned money to these burglary frauds. After making sales no one gives a fuck about your plan. For every booking they will charge your money saying the cost has increased or whatever means and will try to recover all the booking amount. Their reservation team responds in 2 3 weeks after making so many calls and issuing warning. I am going to file a police complaint against them.
They just want your hard earned money in their bank account. This company is another gujju fraud. Beware!

Why are you being a racist asshole and blaming Gujarati people? There are thousands of legitimate businesses operated by all kinds of people including Gujaratis as well as scam companies by all kinds of people too. I have been scammed in the past by two people, both were Punjabis. This doesn’t mean I go around hating all Punjabi people.

I am also being cheated by them, i have booked holiday from 8th jan 2022 – 13 jan2022, now due to covid protocols all beaches in goa are closed, so I asked them to reschedule my visit in February 2022, these shitholes are telling me they will deduct my 3 nights and i can make next booking in June 2022. this is one money oriented company and does not give a penny of customer service. at time of membership purchase they informed me they have tie ups with Novotel, Taj, Marriott. after taking the membership they they are telling now their tie ups changed. I asked them for refund of my membership money these shitholes are not willing to do that as well. they are bunch of LOOSERS who are mocking people and looting them their money.
