Dear sir/ madam,
I am not taking any loan from Hedisy Loan App , but unfortunately I will install and check my eligibility. Without my authorization they have credited 3850 in my account on 11th April 2022. After 4 days I am getting some WhatsApp messages from unknown number (8146447332) they were asking to repay Rs. 3150 as a discounted rate via thier online payment link before 11:00 am , Otherwise they we will call to my phone contact numbers. So that I have to pay Rs. 3150 using that discounted link and sent Screenshot of payment UTR reference number for closing my loan & confirmed them.
Now after 15th April 2022 they keep doing messages and calling me from different numbers. They sending messages to my known persons from my contact list and they are using bad words for me.
They keep torching me even after knowing that I clearly told them to close my account , I am not willing to take any loan.
Please help any one how to stop threatening messages and take necessary actions against Hedisy Loan app.
