I ordered Lenovo laptop with order ID OD225411117628603000 and opted for installation and demo but I did it for myself. I received a call from the technician, I asked him to cancel but he said that he will need the serial number to cancel the installation and I provided it. But instead of cancelling he updated that he had done the installation but in reality he didn’t even came to my doorstep. I complained to Flipkart but they didn’t do anything about it. They are not refunding my money for this fraud installation
