I have ordered Poco F4 5g on 27 june 2022 and it was to be delivered on 28 June 2022. But it was not delivered and refused to deliver at doorstep by the courier service. They said if I’ll complain then they’ll delay the delivery or will cancel the order or will devalue my exchange product.
After so many complaint today when delivery came he devalue my original Poco F1 smartphone exchange and showed that flipkart is asking more money that is 2700 rupees. I asked the reason for so much extra money then he said your screen is damaged. I asked him to show then he showed me a very small dent above screen and said it will be counted on full screen damage. I checked Flipkart policy and it was there that for small cracks and dents i may have to pay 200 to 500 more, for which I was agree. But he reported full damage and devalued my exchange. Also he said that now my product will get cancel and I’ll not get any benefits. I don’t want to cancel my order without my permission and authority. Also i want fair exchange and valuation of exchange. This flipkart service have fooled me. I also want compansation of atleast 1 lacs rupees for harassing me, torturing me and delay in services and delivery. As the days of complaint and resolution and court case increase the compansation amout will also increase according to law.
If no action is taken till 3 July 2022 I’ll file FIR under section IPC 420 and fooling customer and charging extra money. I’ll also complaint in high court and consumer forum and will sue you. I believe in our judiciary that if flipkart can’t do justice then atleast courts will do justice. I’ll also spread consumer awareness about frauds done by Flipkart on social media.
Also my office timings are from 8am to 6pm. Kindly arrange my exchange after 6pm.
