I ordered men cargo pants pack of 2 from FACTION HUT website and the delivery was provided by ekart courier company situated in ( Mankapur, Gonda, Uttarpradesh,(271302) And they deliver me the wrong package or product infact billing and address details are also wrong… they give me the package in which address belongs to somewhere in gujrat and when is got the package within 5 minutes I make a call to deliver boy which belongs to ekart courier company and when I tell him that you deliver the wrong product at the wrong address because that address belongs to Gujrat then he told that I have to contact at their ekart office and within 30 minutes I went to their office and they all are making excuses when is ask them that you deliver me the product that belongs to somewhere else…They all are shy and shameful because they done the wrong and do such frauds things and I think they are the partners with fraud company like FACTION HUT….We need to stop them from now or as early as possible…
