I took membership of Club Mahindra under GoZest category in the month of March 21 and my ID no is 2946054 in the name of Ishita Gupta.

The CM representative Mr Tushar Gupta while enrollment of membership promised that only down payment of Rs 22000/- and first EMI of Rs 7800/- needs to be paid and in this amount I can avail 10 nights holidays (8 on membership and 2 on voucher). Thereafter if it suits me then I can continue or else discontinue.

Also I was promised Rs 3000/- food vouchers and Rs 2000/- as Amazon shopping vouchers.

On this offer, I enrolled for the membership and paid the above said amount.

Now when I was persuing for booking , I was told that booking is not available even if I was giving date for booking after 15 days.

When one of my colleague made the booking for same resort and the same dates as I was asking, I asked Mr Tushar Gupta that why I was not getting the booking to which no proper reply was made by him.

Thereafter I called another representative present on the day of enrollment Ms  Ila Sharma and to my surprise I came to know that I am not eligible for booking as I need to pay minimum 3 EMIs. I said that I was told that only one EMI needs to be paid by me.

In this whole process, I came to know that Mr Gupta promised me 10 nights on vouchers (5 vouchers x 2 nights each) and that I need to pay Rs 10000/- more in this process against food vouchers.

Neither I got the 5000/- food and Amazon shopping vouchers nor I got any booking.

This is total fraud by the representative of CM and membership was sold on false promises.

I feel cheated by CM and have all the conversation recorded with the said representative Mr Gupta in which he is continuously saying that he will provide 10 nights on vouchers in off season. When asked about my membership amount, he is totally mum and saying that forget that money and enjoy 10 nights on guest vouchers which he will arrange for me specially.

I have been cheated in this whole process and my faith for Mahindra group has been shattered.

I want full refund of the  amount I have paid and demand an inquiry into this whole episode.

If any of my above words are found wrong/false all the paid amount may be forfeited.
I have tried reaching to senior management of CM, but to no avail. Nobody is listening.
