Hello sir
As on 09 June 2022 I ordered a phone and wrist watch in amazon from seller ASN enterprises ( order number 404-1536867-2609157) which I received on 13 June 2022 , due to non working of the phone I placed a return request pickup id 513313334811 in amazon to which on pickup date 22 June I was not available at my place , when I contacted customer care they said to cancel the request and again place a new request which I followed in this case on 23rd June I got a 1 st call from amazon pickup team and I hand over the pacakage, again after another 2 hrs one more person called me for return pickup to whom I informed I have given the pacakage after this the pacakage return was not entered in there system from that day the customer care also giving false hope like wait for 7 days like that till now its more than a month and I have no pacakage and return also not done by the pickup team , when I contacted a return team manager ph 8722296654 he said no body from his team received the pacakage , after sometime his colleague called me seeing the video ph 9741831398 and said he will clear the case , and requested me to cancel the return request and again re request it to which I again followed but of no use as the return request window was closed for tha days it passed , and both the persons not taking my calls after the return window was closed .
Please help me get back my refund , as I have a video proof the person taken and the this guys knows the person very well that is why thay have closed my order and left me with no proof , and a whatsapp chat did to 9741831398 has made me close the window as he knows the time has passed yo place a new return request.
I feel like cheated by the pickup team .
Hope my refund will be done asap.
