Dear Team,

I am your regular customer and buying various products from your online store as I was thinking that you provide best and genuine product.
But now I think I am wrong and its my fault I believed on Amazon and bought new phone Model Poco X2 on date 31.10.2021.

Suddenly my phone stoped working one day back immediately i run to MI service centre for its repair as i was clear that my phone is under warranty and will get repaired.

But it was shocking experience when they denied to cover my mobile under warranty and on asking reason for rejection they informed me that your product warranty has already been expired on 24.1.2021 and previously also this phone has been reported for same issue and currently your phone is out of warranty and we can not consider it under warranty.

After that I discussed this whole incident with your customer care and they ensured me that you take rejection letter from MI and amazon will refund your amount.
Today again i visited MI service centre and they ruined my whole day in giving rejection letter and after doing hot conversation with them they finally provided me rejection letter.

Now my query is this is amazon had done fraud with me? , Is they had taken full amount of genuine product and handed over me repaired product?

If they are aware that product is not good then why they dispatched already repaired product is they are playing games with customer that if it crosses warranty period then it will be customer fault and if it failed in warranty period we will reimburse amount to the customer are amazon team is playing game with customer?

Is this type of fraud can be expected from such high brand company?

Now I am going to take legal action against your company as according to IPC section 420 and Mental harassment act i will file case against your company in which on found guilty you will either have to face legal action and heavy compensation.

But before going to take any legal action against you its my moral responsibility to make you aware about the whole case, I am ready to do to mutual settlement but in mutual settlement i want compensation of amount Rs 60000 plus my mobile amount which is of Rs 18749 Hence total amount will be of Rs 68749.

I am waiting for your call or valuable reply and ready for mutual settlement. I hope amazon is dedicated towards customer satisfaction and also will not like if from any means company image gets ruined in Social platform.

here I am attaching all documents including rejection letter for your kind consideration.
