I have recharged Rs 999 for Life Time Incoming Call free on my Airtel No: 9938562680 .But I got message to minimum recharge Rs 23 monthly to receive incoming Call. Then Where is your commitment that you have given while recharging Life Time recharge of Rs 999 to receive lifetime incoming call free
