Text of Complaint by Sarfaraz:

Case 1 : Customer care has given me wrong and incomplete information on 6th May due to which my Data got lapsed.

I got the PLAN degrade from 499 to 399 on 6th may.

When I was getting the plan change I confirmed exective “Bill plan degrade kerwany se mera previous data laps to nahi hojaiga” to Executive ne reply kiya “NAHI” which is an wrong information and because of that all previous DATA has been lost.

Case 2 : When I check the DATA today it was showing only 1 gb so I called customer care and today I talked to Mr SHOAIB and he also provided the wrong information “I asked when the bill plan change SHOAIB gave the answer we don’t have these details”

Mainy bola aise to applog kabhi bhi bill plan change ker doge or fraud ker dogy customer k saath then he said “oh so sorry sir i though some thing else”

(Airtel k executive me Active listening hai nahi toh kaha se right information milegi customer ko)

Mainy bola Shoib se call escalation k liye then he told me seniors occupied hain available nahi hain or main jo appko information Dey rha Hu wahi senior bhi dengy appko or is issue k liye liye app mail ker dejiye.

Superwisor and team leaders are never available on operational floor for critical issues.
