hi ,
I have recently purchased airtel broadband services . one of the executives who came for documentation approached us to take 2397 + 18% GST for 3 months 100 mbps speed plan for office work. Once we made payment we received sms that your plan is 40 mbps . We raised our concern and one of the customer executives told us that we can only provide 40 mbps speed in your area . Airtel cheated us to make a little profit by making fraud commitments . The executive told us it will resolve within 24hrs its more than 7 days now no response till yet .
Even though I am not getting 5 mbps speed . gmail is also taking lots of time to open and is not able to attend zoom meetings . Satish singh was assigned to us for speed issues. I call him daily but he never visits us and always tells me within 30 min i will be there within 30 min .
I have never seen such pathetic services . If all the issues will not get resolved by the end of day i will tweet a post on fb and go to the consumer forum dashboard to make sure nobody will take airtel services .
