Dear Sir,
A fraud activity was done by shine of amount 98320/- on 5th June.
I had applied for a paid job assistant service of shine with 3292/-. After applying I got call from Abhishek who had given of tempt me for high salary job and ask to do one transaction of 4984. I was stuck due to my earlier payment. I had to do more payment. Total 98320/- is taken by shine on fraud communication.
While I had taken this service, I had not been told that I would have to pay more after it. After giving payment of 3292/-,
Shine agent Abhishek told me that I will have to go with 2 steps. He did not tell me any thing about the total payment first. First he send me one link & ask me to do payment and say that it is part of process. After that I will get confirmation for services. (Till time he did not tell me total payment and Till time I had made 2 payment 3292+4984) .
When I had payment, immediately he sent me another payment link and said, “you had missed this part”. I had to make this payment because I was stuck as had already made 3 payments. Again he had given me new link for payment and said it is last payment. When I made this payment, again sent a new link to do a new transaction. When I denied for this, he tempted me for higher salary job & forced me for make payment. During all transaction, he never told me that he is selling a course to me. This is also a fraud.
And last transaction was also done of amount 29499/- by shine without my consent on my credit card. Again fraud was done without my consent.
Again I asked with him is it last payment, he said yes.
After it, he sent me a new link for it and asked me to make payment and said,”you had made payment of only part”
Ha had taken me payment on the name of good job and conduct interview. But after doing payment, I had seen that Abhishek had done cheating with me. He had sold me some paid management courses for which I was not aware
