Dear sir,
On Dec2020 I took loan from one hope,but when was date to paid so unable to open link,but I was regularly touch to one hope team but on this app there did not any customer care number,I was send mail also,but no response,before 7 days one hope ladies call me and give information regarding my loan and they told me I was remove your penality and you can pay,I was ready to pay so that time same problem link was not open so they was send her MD shiva murthi UPI I’d and told me so please send money 4000Rps,so I was paid money they told me within 3days your payment will be update,but still payment not update,I have all proof regarding this.
