had ordered few groceries from the ‘Dmart ready’ app. Online Transaction was done through UPI payment app from HDFC bank. Amount of Rs 2009/- has been debited from my HDFC account and shows that payment is done to indiaideas@icici. but still ‘Dmart ready’ app shows did not show any details about payment. UPI app notification showing that Payment is done to indiaideas@icici (UPI ref ID 018514268365) is attached herewith for your reference.
Trying to contact both Dmart as well as bill desk/ indiaideas; both are not traceable.
Request you to please help me get a refund for my money as soon as possible.
