I have kotak credit card, i received my bill of 2, 70, 000.

I have paid 2, 56, 000 amount before the last date of bill.

& 12000 left to pay because one of my complaint is due from bank end not resolved on time.

But bank has charged me 16000 interest amount in only 12000 outstanding bill amount.

I am now daily following up with bank customer care from last one month.

Customer care person also confirmed that there is wrong interest charged but they denied to reverse amount as per them they cannot reverse this huge amount.

I unable to understand this kind of response from the reputed bank side.
