I have paid my all dues on time. I have deleted Dhani one freedom app from my mobile. I have forgotten Dhani card but 1 day when I check my credit score. I have got a bad report on my credit score. When I download again Dhani in my phone I saw a 2121/- Rs. Dues shown on the Dhani card. When I call Dhani one customer care. They told me that every month 707/- my subscription charge added in my dues. When I said him that i have not subscribed any new subscription because I have no need for money. They said if you haven’t need for it but every month subscription fee added to your dues. That is a big black-mailing I have feel with me. When their agent call me for making my new card they said which month you need for money you can activate your subscription. But now they tell me if I want to deactivate my dhani one card I have to pay my every month subscription fee. If I haven’t pay dues they can’t deactivate my account. And every month subscription fee added to my dues. And it’s results affect my credit score. That is blackmailing. Please solve this issue. Thank you.

Why Dhani forcefully suggest me to buy their subscription. They can’t blackmale me. Please solve this issue and clear all my subscription fee. Please delete my account from dhani server.
