Sir.
I have made a order jack dumbbel cotton shirts where the said company offer 3 cotton shirts for 899.00 and delivered under COD terms to my address. After paying the above said amount and courier charges 100.00 .I stunned and astonished in the package only two pieces ladies jog pants instead of 3 cotton shirts. I called the courier delivery persons how the keryx retail solutions cheated the customer. .and requested to report thier courier company head querters not to entering fontract with unscrupulous companies for deliveries. And also refund the entire amount paid. The hard earned money swallowed by media advantage of innocent trusted customers who reposed faith on online stores selling. The matter is reporting to consumer Greviences courts as legal redress to company law board as we’ll filing appropriate case under competent courts . Thus . I request to refund the amount through your courier service or collect back the wrong delivered materials by supplying the ordered cotton shirts within two days recept of this consumer notice.
